You can shop at URBANGANG without creating an account. However, register with us and you’ll be able to enjoy various benefits 🙂

We use a payment processor (www.Plationline.ro) that accepts Visa and MasterCard. Please make sure all your details are entered correctly.

The pickup transport is already paid for, but if you live outside EU, USA, Canada or Switzerland you will have to pay local customs and VAT. One exception is Switzerland, in which the duties are included in the price so no additional duties will be charged upon delivery. Customs and import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, UrbanGang has no control over these charges. Customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country so we cannot tell you what the cost would be.If you are in doubt over these charges contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

      We can cancel an item, change the size or edit your billing and shipping details within 4 hours from the moment you have placed the order.
      However, we are unable to combine orders or add pieces to an existing order once it has been placed.

Hasn’t it turned up yet? If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation email from us yet then just drop an email to hello@urbangang.com and we’ll investigate. If you have received a shipping notification just consult your tracking number, if you don’t have one, sit tight, hopefully it will turn up soon.

If you are not absolutely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will happily provide a full refund for merchandise returned within 14 days of your purchase date, issued in the original form of payment. View more information here.

Your refund will either be issued to the original credit card used to place the order. All sales taxes are included in your refund if your order has been sent to a destination within the EU. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. You may be able to recover these costs by contacting your local customs bureau directly. Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

We manufacture in Bucharest, Romania. Why? That’s where we are and we are really proud with the manufacturing process.
